A custom sticker has to suit the job and survive where it ends up. This page covers the decisions that matter: format, material, size and cost.
You can order custom stickers online from as few as 10, with no phone call needed for standard options. Starting with a rough logo? Choose "I need help with my artwork" and our studio prepares the proof for you. If we make a mistake, we reprint it free.
| Type | Best for | Minimum | Order |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sticker sheets | Handing out, small product runs and mixing several designs. Each kiss-cut sticker peels off the sheet on its own. | 10 stickers | Sticker sheets → |
| Die-cut stickers | Logos and giveaways where every sticker should be separate and cut to shape. | 10 stickers | Die-cut stickers → |
| Roll labels | Applying by hand or machine at volume, such as packing products. | 500 per design | Roll labels → |
| Bumper stickers | Slogans, club names and business details on vehicles, in white vinyl. | 10 stickers | Bumper stickers → |
| Clear stickers | A no-label look on glass and bottles, with optional white ink so white parts print solid. | 50 stickers (50 to 1,000) | Clear stickers → |
Torn between the first two? Sheets keep everything together, which makes them tidy to post or pop in a show bag. Die-cut stickers come apart from each other, so they feel more like a finished giveaway. Our die-cut vs kiss-cut guide shows the difference. Labelling products rather than handing out stickers? Our custom labels page is the better starting point.
Vinyl stickers are printed on a plastic film rather than paper, which is why water doesn't bother them. Both our sticker vinyls are waterproof, so custom vinyl stickers can go on bottles, in the fridge or an esky, and outdoors.
White vinyl is the everyday choice. Your design prints on a solid white base, so it looks the same on a dark surface as it does on a light one.
Clear vinyl is see-through, so anything left unprinted shows the surface behind it. Add the optional white ink when parts of your design need to print solid white.
Paper is the one to be careful with. Paper labels are for dry use only and come on rolls, so save them for boxes and other packaging that stays dry.

Your logo on mailers, product boxes and merch. Start small to test a design, then step up.
Business stickers →Trade details on a ute door, a club decal on the back window or a slogan on the bumper. Waterproof vinyl suits life outdoors.
Car stickers →Logos, opening hours and promotions on shopfront glass. Clear vinyl lets the glass show around your design, while white vinyl gives it a solid background.
Window stickers →Team names, kids' names and branded merch bottles. Die-cut stickers follow the shape of your design, and waterproof vinyl is at home on a bottle.
Water bottle stickers →A small seal on a mailer or tissue paper is an easy way to finish a parcel. Sheets suit a handful of orders a week. Rolls are quicker once you're packing hundreds.
Thank you stickers →Circles are the simple pick for seals, lids and logos. Get them on sheets from 30 mm, or as die-cut circles when you want each one separate.
Round stickers →Watching the budget? The price per sticker falls quickly as quantity climbs: 1,000 × 30 mm circles on sheets work out at about 8c each.
Cheap stickers →Names, dates and one-off designs for weddings, birthdays, schools and clubs. With a minimum of 10, you only print what you'll actually use.
Personalise a sticker sheet →Sheets and die-cut stickers both come in circle, square, rectangle and custom shape. For a custom shape, enter the width and height of the box it fits inside (30 to 125 mm) and the price updates instantly. Our studio then draws the cut line around your artwork.
Sticker sheets run from 30 to 125 mm. Standard die-cut sizes start at 40 mm, and a custom size takes you down to 30 mm. Anything over 125 mm is quoted: send us the size, quantity, where it's going and your artwork, and we usually reply within a few hours on business days.
The easiest way to choose a size is to cut a piece of paper to that size and tape it where the sticker will go. If you can't read the smallest words from where people will see it, go bigger or use fewer words. Our sticker size guide has more help.
If something on the proof doesn't look right, ask for help instead of approving it.
