Our configurator on every product page gives you a real price as you choose shape, size, material and quantity. No quote form, no waiting. All prices shown include GST — the price you see is the price you pay, with no additional GST added at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over $100 inc. GST.
Roll labels start at 500. Sticker sheets, die-cut singles and bumper stickers all start at 10. If you need fewer than the minimum for a prototype or sample, contact us directly and we'll see what we can do.

GST — the price you see is the price you pay, no additional GST at checkout. For roll labels the minimum order is 500 labels from $176.00 inc. GST. All prices include 10% GST.
Yes, the pricing matrix already has volume discounts built in. The more you order, the lower your cost per label. You'll see the price drop as you increase quantity in the configurator. For very large runs (20,000+), contact us for a custom price.
Yes. Select "Custom Shape" on any product page and a quote form will appear. Fill in your dimensions and shape description and we'll email a price within a few hours. Free, no obligation.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
For sticker sheets, yes, you can have different designs on the same sheet. For roll labels and die-cut singles, each design is a separate order (they run on separate print jobs). Contact us if you need help planning a multi-design run.
Yes. For $17.60 inc. GST you can order a sample pack with every material we offer, white vinyl, clear vinyl, silver vinyl and paper labels. The $16 is credited back on your first order. Order it at sample-pack.html.
Yes. We offer a design service from $100 inc. GST. If you have a concept, existing brand assets or just a rough idea, contact us and we'll discuss what you need. If you prefer to supply your own artwork, our artwork guide covers everything: file formats, bleed, resolution and colour mode. Tools like Canva also work well for simple label layouts — export as PDF Print with bleed turned on.
02

Materials & Finishes

White vinyl (BOPP) is waterproof, oil-proof and tear-proof. It handles fridge condensation, oils, moisture and rough handling. Paper is uncoated matte, looks more natural, but isn't waterproof, it's best for dry environments like pantry products and gift packaging.
White vinyl, clear vinyl and silver vinyl are all fully waterproof and fridge-proof. Paper is not waterproof. If your product gets wet or goes in the fridge, choose vinyl.
Clear vinyl looks like the design is printed directly on the glass or bottle, there's no visible white label border. Any areas of your artwork that are white will print as transparent unless you specifically request white ink. This is great for a "no label" look on clear packaging.
Both gloss and matte laminate are included at no extra charge on roll labels. Many other printers charge for laminate as an add-on. Gloss laminate gives a shiny, vivid finish with enhanced colour depth, it pops on shelf. Matte laminate gives a soft, flat finish with no glare, it looks more premium and modern. Both add an extra layer of protection. We also offer no laminate if you prefer a more natural feel.
03

Artwork & Files

We accept PDF (preferred), PNG, JPG, SVG, AI and EPS. PDF is the most reliable, export at 300 DPI with 3mm bleed if possible. Vector files (AI, SVG, EPS) are ideal for logos. If you're not sure, send what you have and we'll check it in pre-press.
300 DPI at the actual print size, minimum. A 100×100mm label needs to be at least 1181×1181 pixels. If you're using a vector file (PDF, AI, SVG, EPS) resolution doesn't apply, vectors are crisp at any size.
Yes. Export it as a PDF Print file (with bleed turned on) or a high-res PNG at maximum quality. Don't use the standard "Share" PNG, it's 72 DPI and will print blurry. Go to Download, select PDF Print, and turn on crop marks and bleed.
Ideally yes, 3mm on all sides. Bleed means your background extends beyond the cut line so there are no white edges after trimming. If your design has a coloured background or full-bleed image, bleed is important. If it has a white background or clear label, it matters less.
CMYK is preferred for print. If your file is in RGB we'll convert it during pre-press, but colours may shift slightly, especially bright reds, oranges and blues. If colour accuracy is critical, set your design up in CMYK from the start.
For single-design orders, one file. For sticker sheets with multiple designs, either send one file with everything laid out, or send each design separately and tell us the layout you want, we'll arrange them in the proof.
04

Proofs & Production

Yes, always. Every single order gets a free digital proof before anything goes on press. Nothing prints until you've seen it and approved it. There's no extra charge for the proof and revisions are unlimited.
We aim to send proofs within a few hours of receiving your artwork, on business days. If you need a proof urgently, call our team directly and we'll prioritise it.
Those are cut guidelines, they show where the label will be trimmed. They are for reference only and will not print on your finished labels. Check your artwork inside the lines, not the lines themselves.
No. Once you approve a proof, production begins immediately. Please check everything carefully before replying with your approval, spelling, layout, sizes and colours. If you catch a mistake before we start printing, call us immediately on 0405 136 951.
3–5 business days from artwork approval to dispatch. Production runs the day after you approve your proof. We ship via express courier, most metro deliveries arrive in 1–2 days. Regional areas may take an extra day.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. Local customers are welcome to pick up from our factory at 84/90 Cranwell Street, Braybrook VIC 3019. This is a great option if you need something urgently and want to avoid any shipping delays. Call our team on 0405 136 951 before coming so we can have your order ready for collection. Pickup is available during business hours, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm.
Free express shipping on orders over $100 for roll labels, and over $100 inc. GST for sticker sheets and individual stickers. For orders under these thresholds, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout. We ship via express courier, not standard post.
We ship Australia-wide via express courier. We do not currently ship internationally. If you're based overseas and need labels printed here, contact us and we'll see what we can arrange.
Roll labels are packed on the core with a protective outer wrap. Sheets and individual stickers are packed flat in a rigid mailer so they arrive uncreased. We take packaging seriously, labels that arrive bent or damaged are useless.
06

Custom Shapes & Sizes

For sticker sheets and die-cut singles: any shape with smooth curves or up to 5 points, stars, ovals, leaves, mascots, brand marks. For roll labels: rounded corners required (minimum 1mm corners), circles, ovals, squares, rectangles, rounded custom shapes. For bumper stickers: rectangle only.
Select "Custom Shape" on any product page. A short form will appear, fill in your dimensions, quantity and a description of the shape. We'll email a price within a few hours. Free, no obligation.
07

Reprints & Issues

If we made a mistake, printed something different to the approved proof, or labels arrived damaged in transit, we reprint it free, no questions asked. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll get it sorted immediately.
If you approved a proof that contained an error, a spelling mistake in your own copy, a colour you provided, we're unable to offer a free reprint, as the responsibility for approved artwork rests with the approver. We always recommend checking everything carefully before approving. If you're unsure, don't approve, request another revision.
08

Large Format

We print pull-up banners, PVC banners, window graphics, floor graphics, vehicle signage, posters, corflute signage and A-frame boards. If you are not sure what product suits your application, use the "Not sure, need help" option on our Large Format page and describe what you need. We will recommend the right product.
Large format is quoted individually. Pricing depends on the product type, substrate, size, quantity and any finishing requirements (eyelets, laminate, stands). Fill in the quote form on our Large Format page and we will come back with a price within a few hours. No obligation, no minimum spend to enquire.
Most standard large format jobs are ready in 3–5 business days from artwork approval, the same turnaround as our labels and stickers. Rush jobs are available on request. Just mention your deadline in the quote form and we will advise what is possible.
For large format we prefer print-ready PDF, AI or EPS files at actual size with bleed. CMYK colour mode, minimum 100 DPI at full size. If you only have a low-res file, let us know and we will advise whether it is usable before you commit to an order. Our artwork guide covers the basics.
