We do not collect sensitive information such as health data, government identifiers or financial account details beyond what is needed to process payment.

• Sending your proof — to email you a digital proof for approval before printing

We do not send marketing emails. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order and communicating with you about it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only where necessary to deliver your order:

• Shopify — our e-commerce platform processes and stores order data. Shopify's privacy policy applies.
• Courier services — your delivery name and address are provided to our courier to dispatch your order.

We do not share your information with any other third parties, including advertisers or marketing platforms.

Your order data is stored within Shopify's secure platform. Artwork files sent by email or uploaded through our website are stored securely and used only for producing your order. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

We retain your order information for as long as required for business records and taxation purposes under Australian law (generally seven years).
